General Information:
Confirmation: Following the submission of your Company Registration you’ll be brought to Student Registration. Once Student Registration is complete our team will review your submission. Registration is not final until you receive an email approving your registration(s). This confirmation email will be sent as soon as possible. Please wait for this confirmation email before making any commitments regarding the course or scheduling.
Cancellation: Cyberscience reserves the right to reschedule, or cancel and refund, any course. If you need to cancel your enrollment in a course, a cancellation fee may apply.
Cancellation Fees:
- Cancellation received at least 15 working days prior to course start dates: None
- Cancellation received at least 10 working days prior to course start dates: 25% cancellation fee
- Cancellation received at least 5 working days prior to course start dates: 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellation received less than 5 working days prior to course start dates: 75% cancellation fee
- No show, no notice: 100% cancellation fee, no refund
*Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted for Credit Card payments in lieu of PO numbers. If you elect to pay via Credit Card, please expect a call from Cyberscience regarding your payment details.
