In any legal action or proceeding, jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising hereunder shall lie only with a court having appropriate jurisdiction in Denver, Colorado. At present, these courts include the District Court for the City and County of Denver, Colorado; the County Court for the City and County of Denver, Colorado; and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
