Information Collection and Use

We store no personally-identifiable information (“PII” or “Personal Information”) about you unless you explicitly choose to provide that information to us, for example by filling in a form on our website. That information is only used to provide the services you explicitly request; for example we might use your provided email address to send you information that you have requested. This information may include your name, address, telephone number, email and other details necessary to respond to an enquiry, or provide a service. Any submission of Personal Information via our website constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
No Personal Information is ever transferred to any commercial third party for their use, however we may use a trusted, secure third party to provide services on our behalf. Your Personal Information will never be sold to a third party.  
The only circumstances in which Personal Information may be released to a third party are: 
  • If the information is required by law and appropriate court orders or subpoenas have been issued, in order that law-enforcement may prevent, or investigate, illegal activities, or for Cyberscience to defend against any legal claims;
  • In the process of the sale, merger, consolidation, restructuring or other corporate changes of Cyberscience. In which case your Personal Information will be released on a “need to know” basis, with the same restrictions as published here.
  • If you provide us with permission to release your Personal Information.

You may request that we delete any Personal Information you have provided by sending an email to contact-preferences@cyberscience.com.

Governing Law

The services, terms of use and policies of this website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado without reference to the law of any other state, and without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law provisions. In any legal action or proceeding, jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising hereunder shall lie only with a court having appropriate jurisdiction in Denver, Colorado. At present, these courts include the District Court for the City and County of Denver, Colorado; the County Court for the City and County of Denver, Colorado; and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
