This two-day end-user report writing course is designed to give new Cyberquery users the skills and knowledge to develop basic reports using Cyberquery. Through a series of exercises, using mainly the visual editor (drag and drop interface), students develop and format various reports, including detail (list), summary, and simple charts. Label reports are covered upon request. Topics covered include report creation, modification, formatting, outputting to Excel and HTML, conditional printing, functions, system variables, and more.
Cyberquery Reporting I was formerly named Report Writing with Cyberquery.
Prerequisite: Basic Windows skills.

This one-day advanced report writing course for QAD end-users is designed to showcase the robust charting engine and infographics capabilities of Cyberquery. Topics include creating “bullet charts” and “sparklines”, small word-sized graphs that can be embedded as report columns to build content richness and solidify a report’s message. Using the Cyberquery Compose System, attendees will develop dashboard-style presentations which display multiple reports simultaneously on a single page. Additionally, coverage on publishing reports to Launchpad and scheduling in QDirector is provided. Students should be users of QAD ERP.
Cyberquery Reporting III was formerly named Advanced Report Writing II.
Prerequisite: Cyberquery Reporting II: Language Concepts & Multiple Pass Reporting (Formerly: Advanced Reporting I); and you are using Cyberquery Version 8.22 (Enterprise CQ) or above.

Description: This one-day, technically oriented course is designed to help students gain the knowledge and skills related to configuring and administering Cyberquery and deploying Cyberquery BI solutions (reports, queries, macros, and so on) across the organization. Students learn through a series of hands-on exercises.
Prerequisites: A strong understanding of your current database and operating system. Experience setting up and maintaining access to applications and database connections. Read/write permissions on the server where Cyberquery is installed.
